PSHE - CHALLENGING A CULTURE OF MYSOGYNY AND HARASSMENT

The prevalence of misogynistic 'banter' and sexual harassment is clear. Changing this culture will take more than a new policy or set of sanctions.
This session will clarify what sexual harassment is, why it persists and how to address it. The recording will also be available to use with students.
OFSTED - KEY INSIGHTS FROM RECENTLY INSPECTED CENTRES

This proved to be a hugely popular session in November. The panellists are sixth form leaders from a range of centres that have been inspected under the 2021-22 regime and will pass on their feedback and advice for other centres.
We managed to pack in advice from six centres at the winter conference and intend to do the same this summer, so this should prove to be equally useful for delegates.
