As a Relationships and Sex Educator, speaking and delivering workshops around the country I have seen that for young people especially, it can be hard to discern the difference between when a relationship changes from healthy to unhealthy, or even abusive.

Unhealthy/Abusive relationships don't start out as abusive…the changes might be subtle so understanding the behaviours that may point to an unhealthy / abusive relationship is key.

From working with teens to domestic abuse survivors, I will share key elements that help empower, inform and safeguard young people so they can be physically and emotionally safe when it comes to their own experiences of sex and relationships.

Propel FE and HE is part of the Become charity which provides information, advice and 1-2-1 support for young care leavers looking towards Further Education & Higher Education; group workshops for young people on routes to FE & HE delivered in partnership with external organisations who can convene groups of young people.

Rebecca will also outline a new vocational strand of Propel, which will feature a 1-2-1 advice and support service, workshops focusing on skills for work.


APPLYING FOR UNIVERSITIES IN EUROPE: WHAT YOUR STUDENTS NEED TO KNOW
