Pathway CTM supports Schools & Colleges to help young people realise and fulfil their career potential!
We provide an award-winning Pre-Employment Programme for students from Yr 9 to 13. Ensuring all young people are fully informed and supported with their options post GCSE and A-Level, while providing you with all the tools you need as teachers to help them get there!
As part of our free Programme, teachers have access to;

- Newsletters & regular updates - including upcoming employer events, opportunities & application deadlines
- Indented Destination Reports
- Termly tracking across GBM 2, 4, 5 & 6
Students on our Programme have access to;
- Tailored communications for employer events

- Access to GBM 4, 5 & 6 events
- Online learning resources & templates
- 1-1 Application support & mentorship
