Organisations have booked features in our newsletters and have asked us for even more ways to contact sixth form decision-makers, so we have provided our unique Useful Organisations directory.
We will still continue to provide our popular photocopiable resources and successful practical conferences to sixth form leaders and there are even more features in the pipe-line including University Spotlights.
Our weekly newsletters. Netsixthform form issues a free weekly newsletter to over 4k sixth form leaders and tutors and progression advisers. Issued twice at different times of the week, typical click rates of 40% and open rates of over 20% ensure that we reach a large audience. Universities, speakers and a host of organisations can place features in the newsletter.
Our conferences. Netsixthform started the very first conference aimed at Heads of Sixth back in 1997. Since then, we host two large-scale national Heads of Sixth conferences which each attract between 120-200 delegates from both the state and independent sectors as well as from all over the UK and abroad. We are well known for providing a host of practical materials for delegates to re-use immediately and always book lots of practitioners.
Our Useful Organisations directory. We have started a directly of speakers and organisations to help sixth form leaders to locate useful services and support. Although we cannot possibly scrutinise each member, we authorise each one individually and are very careful about who we allow on to the list…so we hope you find it really helpful.
University Spotlights. Sixth form leaders and tutors and progression advisers haven't time to scrutinise every university web site for new information to stay up-to-date e.g. about new courses offered or over-looked courses. Our Spotlights offers the key information sixth form advisers need to help support the choices sixth formers make.
What’s next? Many centres cannot afford to pay annual subscriptions of around £3k to be members of more recently emerging centres of support, so we aim to provide a suite of really useful yet modest services to support sixth form leaders, tutors and advisors.
