1 RESOURCES/SUBSCRIPTIONS

SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD

The subscription period runs for 12 months from the point of the booking.

VIDEO CONTENT

Strictly no downloading of any video content.

All videos must be played from the netsixthform.co.uk website.

All content is copyright of Netsixthform LTD.

No commercial use of any of our material.

All videos state clearly within the clip that subscription must be up-to-date to use.

Netsixthform Ltd will publish a log of up-to-date subscribers on our site so you are aware if your subscription fee is up-to-date www/netsixthform.co.uk/subscribers

All students in the videos guides have given written informed consent to feature on the free and subscriber web site.

Our subscription list is updated each week so new subscribers will need to wait no more than 7 days for their details to appear in the subscriber list.

We will seek legal proceedings if videos are downloaded and played without up-to-date subscription. Note - we won substantial damages when one centre downloaded our resource and placed it on their web site for public access.

ACCESS CODES

Staff-only Access Codes are issued by netsixthform Ltd once the subscription fee has been paid. All centres are permitted to have up to 50 consecutive users. If you need more, please contact us.

Student access codes for transition material can be used by students within your centre and there is no limit to the numbers who can access the material consecutively.

Access Codes must not be shared with students as centres will quickly use up their 50 maximum consecutive users.

If the Access Code is compromised by being shared more widely with students or other school/colleges, then the centre risks not being able to access the resources for which they have subscribed.

Netsixthform Ltd takes no responsibility for a centre's lack of security over keeping the Access Code secure.

Netsixthform are able to re-issue a centre with a new access code within 48 hours of written (email) request.

Re-issuing is at Netsixthform discretion. Email us at info@netsixthform.co.uk

If your centre has a large number of staff and requires more staff to use the Access Code consecutively, get in touch info@netsixthform.co.uk.
